Return Policy

Sundial Locksmith & Smart Home Automation is an exceptional place to buy home and hardware products, including locksmith and home automation services. Your shopping experience and satisfaction is important to us.

Sundial Locksmith will deliver high-quality products in excellent condition. If for any reason your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of merchandise.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:

General
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Sundial Locksmith & Smart Home Automation. To receive a refund all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and
defects.

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Claims for shortages, breakage or damaged goods must be made within 3 business days after delivery, or they will not be honored.

Merchandise Eligible to be Returned & Restocking Fees
The following items may be returned for a refund:

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
  • Defective merchandise.
  • Merchandise that has not been installed.

*(25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.)

Exceptions
Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product.

Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product, restocking fees will still apply.

All returns must be over $15 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount (is) may not be permitted.

Returns Not permitted:
Warranties are not permitted for any items that are supplied by the customer.

(Warranty is granted only for products purchased from Sundial Locksmith.)

Special Orders may not be returnable. Please ask us for more information.

*DEPOSIT FOR SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
